Position Summary: Manage & Co-lead key cross global strategic projects derived from the Next Generation Aftermarket Strategy within ZF Aftermarket. Drive, implement and track strategic measures and initiatives. Lead ZF to be the clear winner of the industry's disruption by supporting Division’s strategic transformation in an agile manner.

What you can look forward to as a Strategic Project Analyst:

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Next Generation Aftermarket strategy in close collaboration with the divisional leadership team

  • Manage & (co-) lead key cross-BL global strategic projects derived from the Next Generation Aftermarket Strategy within ZF Aftermarket or in a cross-divisional project set-up if required

  • Work in agile organizational set-up (agile part of dual operating system), i.e., being assigned flexibly on strategic projects while having almost no fixed tasks

  • Drive, implement and track strategic measures and initiatives – supported by BI-based tracking tool

  • Support and prepare key strategy meetings & reviews internally (e.g., Strategy Talks) and externally (e.g., Board of Management meetings)

  • Identify and monitor technology trends and changes in the automotive aftermarket and translate into business opportunities & digital strategies

  • Shape the strategic ecosystems of ZF Aftermarket incl. development of strategic partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, shareholdings, mergers and acquisitions with the ambition to position ZF Aftermarket as the orchestrator of the leading ecosystems

  • Scan complete market landscape for potential ecosystem partners of ZF Aftermarket with the ambition to provide guidance for future expansions of our ecosystems

  • Actively support & drive establishment of new strategic partnerships and alliances

  • Coordinate key partnership/ alliance/ M&A projects regionally in close collaboration & alignment with Corporate M&A

Your Profile as a Strategic Project Analyst:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Ability to work independently and create goals and visions for delivery in ambiguous or new situations

  • Significant project management experience including managing small teams, influencing decision making outside of immediate span of control, and accomplishing key objectives and results

  • Proven exceptional relationship building skills inside and outside the organization

  • Significant experience in developing hypothesis-driven analytics, and in developing high-quality presentation materials to communicate progress and outcome

  • Proven ability to present projects and research through presentations with digestible detail and support

  • Good communication skills on management level

  • Entrepreneurial attitude & strong business acumen
