The exciting placement role is to be part of the EPS Administrative Team responsible for supporting a very busy team with over 220 Engineers within ZF Steering Organization.
Work alongside and support the EPS Project Coordinator to provide administrative support and reception duties to all staff. Working at all levels within the EPS Team
Support Engineers with:
Travel Bookings, Visa Applications, Car Hire, Train Travel
Booking Conference Rooms, arranging refreshments/lunches and ensuring conference rooms facilities are working.
Reporting and monitoring building issues
Raising Purchase Requests
Provide Reception support at all times, meeting and greeting visitors, monitoring and recording overseas employees and reporting this to the HMRC representative
Support Project Coordinator and HR Manager with events, training, office moves, holiday bookings and other ad hoc projects as required.
Enthusiastic about Administration
Creative and able to provide ideas to improve “the way we work”
Proficient in Office 365
Well organized, flexible, and able to work on own initiative
