Job Description

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for leading all sales programs and customer projects (development) and activities (serial servicing) of the product area "Steering" in the specific account• Prepare and present business cases/project summaries for CQA's and lead development of all offers for customer requirements pertaining RFQ's• Manage all interests of the account during serial production: must have a look on product profitability, realization of VA/VE programs, introduction of customer changes into the ZF organization, support Quality and Logistic department in handling customer complaints• Responsible for sales inputs to the strategy development (increase of sales, obtain target business, market, etc.)• Define sales goals pertaining to the OP and LRP that are necessary to meet corporate initiativesYour profile as Business Manager (m/f):• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering• Demonstrated experience in Sales preferably in the automotive industry with support during RFQ, development phase and serial life• Financial acumen, project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks• Strong understanding of customer needs, excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities • French & English fluent; German or Spanish is a plus; willingness to travel
