Supply Chain Specialist (full-time, one position)


North America seeks in Northville, MI to manage and implement innovative logistics

concepts for suppliers in Cluster Electronics. Drive and monitor continuous

improvement in logistics operations. Develop and monitor KPIs for electronic suppliers

to ensure supply chain stability.Manage logistics concepts for purchasing volume in Cluster

Electronics. Risk analysis per BU to determine most critical suppliers and

parts. Generate transparency on Second Source, Dual-Fab Approvals, Buffer

Stocks, amd Contingency Plans. Evaluate best in class concepts implementated at

other electronic manufacturers. Evaluate proposed logistics concepts from

suppliers. Develop and track measures for electronic suppliers not meeting KPI

targets. Avoid Allocation Managements and Task Forces. Negotiate and implement

consignment concepts with suppliers. Negotiate claims related to supply chain issues.Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) inBusiness, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, orrelated field, plus two yearsautomotive

logisticsexperience. One of the two years must include experience withSAP and SupplyOn. In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a

Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain

Management, or related field, plus five

years progressive post-bachelor’s automotive logistics experience. One of the

five years must include experience with SAP and SupplyOn. Any suitable combination of education,

training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
