We are looking for a Production Team Lead in our Operations Department at our Garrett, IN location. This position will optimize work area performance by supporting team members, maintaining supplies/materials, escalating issues and reporting key performance metrics. Provide on-the-job training for employees and seek continuous improvement opportunities.

Pay: $18.50 - Shift premium for 2nd shift

Shift: 2nd; 2:30p-11pm

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate job assignments and assist with setup and change over of the line process

  • Provide lines with supporting paperwork and other supplies

  • Assist with collection of data for work cells

  • Perform audits

  • Back up supervisor as needed

  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment (tape machine or blade replacement on hand tape gun)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diplomar or equivalent preferred

  • 1 year experience in production environment

  • Basic computer experience

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Forklift and hand gun experience preferred
