We are looking for a Production Team Lead in our Operations Department at our Garrett, IN location. This position will optimize work area performance by supporting team members, maintaining supplies/materials, escalating issues and reporting key performance metrics. Provide on-the-job training for employees and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Pay: $18.50 - Shift premium for 2nd shift
Shift: 2nd; 2:30p-11pm
Responsibilities:
Coordinate job assignments and assist with setup and change over of the line process
Provide lines with supporting paperwork and other supplies
Assist with collection of data for work cells
Perform audits
Back up supervisor as needed
Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment (tape machine or blade replacement on hand tape gun)
Qualifications:
High School Diplomar or equivalent preferred
1 year experience in production environment
Basic computer experience
Ability to multi-task
Forklift and hand gun experience preferred
