This year we launched IBC (Integrated Braking Controls) and are very busy with the new equipment that accompanies the launch.

Job Description

  • Perform highly skilled corrective machinery/tool maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of robotic systems, PLC, vision systems, pneumatics, and more

  • Perform preventative maintenance programs on production equipment (i.e., cleaning, retooling, oil-changing, calibrating, aligning, etc.)

  • Assist in process improvements

  • Note that this will be an off-shift role with ability to move to preferred shift over time

Required Education and Experience


• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent – and—

• Minimum 2 years related mechanical or electrical experience; or

• Applicable apprenticeship or in-house training program

Experience and Skill Requirements


  • Ability to use/operate hand tools and/or power tools, shop equipment (lathe, mille, grinder, etc.)

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Technical aptitude and strong trouble shooting ability

  • Analytical ability

  • Computer and software literate


  • Knowledge of PLC

  • Knowledge of robotic/vision systems

  • Prior experience in a team-based management culture

Physical demands:

  • Ability to make gross and/or fine adjustments to parts, machines, vehicles, or controls that require coordinating fine or gross finger or hand movement with visual information

  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, squat, and twist
