Position Description

Responsible for leading and driving to completion all aspects of the Master Production Plan consolidation across sites in Global electronics division as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role will act as a prime liaison between Operations and the sales, Portfolio, project management, sourcing and finance organizations. The role will lead initiatives and support metrics to ensure excellence in all aspects of service for our customers while balancing other key metrics including but not limited to inventory and capacity.

Position Requirements

  • Experience with Integrating Master scheduling/production Plans across multiple facilities to ensure Individual sites MPS plans are align with BU KPI (Sales, Delivery on time, ITR, OT).

  • Responsible to develop and implement process to coordinate customer demand consolidation and analysis compared with capacity installed to identify constrains in short and midterm.

  • Implement a process to run simulations including multiple customers demand fluctuations identifying risks, impacts and countermeasures for each location.

  • Coordinate activities to develop, implement and lead monthly Sales & Operations Plan consolidating all facilities in GE.

  • Leads, and participates in problem solving events and continuous improvements projects to improve process effectiveness, efficiency and performance.

  • Drives ERP utilization as main tool for planning activities

  • Act as liaison between Production sites and corporate cross functions.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

  • 6-8 years of experience required in similar position.

  • Strong data analysis, problem solving skills and mathematical ability.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Must be able to interact easily across all organizational sites globally.

  • Demonstrated ability to act decisively in implementing solutions.

  • Technical skills including strong negotiation skills; excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP & QAD).
