About the Team: The North American Fleet Sales Team brings smarter, connected and digital technologies from our Commercial Vehicle Solutions division. They provide market knowledge while identifying new technologies and solutions that improve fleet operating performance. Our Western Region Team is one of three in North America and covers 26 states. This is a key leadership position within the fleet sales function that represents all ZF products to our fleet customers. This leadership position will also have direct account responsibilities.
What you can look forward to as the Western Region Team Sales Manager:
Leads the Regional Sales Team for the assigned domain/customer
Represents VOC of domain/customer related topics
Owns and executes customer strategy within the assigned domain/customer
Leading negotiations for assigned domain within agreed boundaries
Drives Customer Satisfaction
Manages escalations for assigned domain/customer prior to KAE involvement
Main sales contact for PjM and PL for assigned domain/customer
Responsible to achieve and drive the defined sales KPI for assigned domain/customer
Lead SP/OP for assigned domain/customer within aligned strategy
Provide input for market analysis and non-technical competition analysis for assigned domain/customer
Drives customer relationship for assigned domain/customer
Remote opportunity with flexibility on location of home office in the US
Your Profile as the Western Region Team Sales Manager:
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of related experience
Strategic thinking and ability to draw a vision for the account
Strong sales and commercial leadership for assigned domain
High level of authority with strong negotiation skills
Engineering or commercial background with extensive Heavy-Duty experience
Deep understanding of Commercial Vehicle business, market trends, innovation
Deep understanding of business, financials, market
Technical experience in product group and solid understanding of system-/function-approach of ZF (Cross-BU, leveraging deal rationale)
Must be located near a major airport and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

The expected base compensation for this role is $109,000.00 - $136,200.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
